Leisure 17 for sale

I have a Leisure 17 sitting in my barn in Aberdeen on a trailer. It has been there about 10 years so is quite mucky. It is complete and was antifouled before storage. The windows are out as the seals had perished. I have new seals but haven't put them in. Would anyone be interested in a relatively easy project for aboyt £500?
