This boat comes with Marina berthing at North Fambridge, Essex and is paid for until Nov 1st 2024 giving any new owner plenty of time to enjoy the boat before having to consider your next berth. North Fambridge Marina is a great place to be and starting point to explore the river Crouch and surrounding areas.
The boat also comes with a 2.7 metre dinghy and a Honda 2.3 HP 4 stroke outboard. I've not used these since I've bought the boat and they have been stored in my garage.
I bought this as my first boat. I've mostly sailed the crouch as a day/weekender. I've changed the seacocks in 2023 to tru design so these should not be a bother for many a year and fitted a new rudder purchased from Gerry Askham also in 2023. I changed out most of the lights to LED with blue night lights and LED strip light in the v berth. Sail drive serviced this year and all new seals, O'rings etc fitted.
