Leisure 20 on the Norfolk Broads £1000.

For sale here my Leisure 20.

I've owned since 2021. Selling now due to a bigger family and not having enough time to maintain and use. She's moored off the River Bure near Thurne on the Norfolk Broads.

Exterior condition is fair. Wood and rigging functional but would benefit from refreshing. Been meaning to lower the mast because something seems to be snagging preventing last few inches of hoist. Sails fair condition; not that old, but have been somewhat neglected over the last year and a bit green in places. Mast with tabernacle for lowering. Assume all lights and electrics don't work. I replaced the front hatch. Not sure if winches are in good working order as I've never used them; I've never sailed that hard!

Interior is fairly good condition. I replaced the cushions throughout. I've never used the stove, nor the internal plumbing so can't speak to that.

Doesn't presently have an engine fitted (I've tended to use just an electric trolling motor to get in and out of the moorings).

Current mooring might possibly be transferred with agreement from the mooring owner. Has boat-safety certificate until summer 2025.

I'd like to make a quick sale so I'm offering here for £1000.
