We are selling our Leisure 27 - Chrysalis. Asking price £10,000

Due to family commitments - both in Scotland and Australia - we must accept we can no longer give the time for sailing. We took Chrysalis ashore winter 2022 (she is at Kishorn yard where she has wintered each year since we purchased her) - we fully intended to launch her in summer 2023 however the arrival of a new grandchild in Australia, a big family wedding and other family commitments meant Chrysalis has stayed ashore.
We have realised we will have similar time constraints in coming years and have decided now is the time to offer Chrysalis for sale.
Attached is an Inventory for Chrysalis - she featured on the cover of the Leisure Owners magazine - when our son took an artistic shot at anchor at Crowlin. She has been based in Applecross for summers since we purchased her and has been sailed in and around the Applecross, Raasay, Rona, Loch Torridon area - with many rich memories of our summer trips. Each winter she has been ashore (during 2020 she also had a full year ashore due to uncertainty as to impact of Covid on launching and lift out times) - we have stored all soft cushions and curtains each winter off Chrysalis.

Water W x 13 gallon tanks beneath saloon seats – both have been renewed and are rigid plastic tanks.
Heads Separate compartment with Jabsco sea toilet, wash hand basin and storage space. Hanging locker to starboard along with 3 large shelves – clothing storage. Heads Seacock replaced 2021.
Galley Stainless sink with fresh and sea-water foot pumps (cold water only). Drawers and side lockers for food/crockery storage. Large locker under galley sink. Plastimo Atlantic 2 burner/grill/oven gimballed cooker.
Gas alarm fitted 2016.
Cool box 12V cool box in locker forward table in main cabin.
Tiller Laminated tiller stock with detachable extension. Simard Tiller Auto Pilot.
Cockpit Sprayhood and Tent Cockpit Sprayhood with cockpit tent that zips onto sprayhood with removable stainless steel support for easy storage when not required. Spare sprayhood fitted for winter storage ashore – with regular sprayhood stored during winter.
Cockpit Table Teak with folding leaves – attached to a Lagun multi-adjustable bracket.
Sails All by Mouse sails, Holyhead, Anglesey – in good condition – UV strip on genoa replaced in 2017.

Gas Gas locker in cockpit with space for 2 camping gaz bottles.

Other Range of warps, engine spares – upholstered cushions for all bunks – we have used only the cushions in the main cabin other cushions have been in store.

Hello
I have added some photos of Chrysalis at anchor in various spots and at marina in Mallaig. We will add photos of her ashore next month - all soft cushions, curtains and sails currently in store for winter so she will be looking a little bare however will add photos of the galley and heads and photos of hull when we next visit west coast mid October.
I hope the attached photos and information gives a little better picture of Chrysalis - she opened up many beautiful spots on the west coast to us - however family commitments here and in Australia have made it just too difficult to give her the time she should have for sailing.
